About the Role

The Home4Life Program Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of contractual obligations and services under the Home4Life Tenancy Management and Maintenance Agreement and Administration Services Agreement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic management of administration, tenancy, and maintenance services for the Home4Life program and contract.
  • Establishing efficient frameworks to manage financial impacts and coordinate audit responses.
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and maintaining strong external relationships.

This role requires substantial experience in the Housing and Homelessness sector, including collaboration with governmental and non-governmental entities. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in people management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in management, particularly in Social Housing or Specialist Disability Accommodation sectors and the NDIS.
  • Strong financial skills and commercial acumen, as well as Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • High-level attention to detail and experience in developing clear and concise Board papers, business cases, and other professional written communications.
  • Demonstrated experience in contract management and/or working with Government agencies.
