Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking division. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing seamless banking services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
- Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience, contributing to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
- Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
- Take responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Exceptional customer focus, with retail experience an advantage.
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology, with working knowledge of digital channels an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Sound understanding of compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
