Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation and quality control across all outlets.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Kitchen Brigade to ensure seamless food delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for food and beverage excellence and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Monitor and analyze feedback to refine service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement promotional activities to maximize revenue generation and drive business growth.
