Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our Taxi Truck division. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, the capacity to work in high-pressure environments, and a systematic approach to implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the Taxi Truck division.
  • Allocate and monitor truck jobs while overseeing driver and customer management.
  • Collaborate with the Time Critical operations team to achieve efficient, timely, and cost-effective results.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Effectively utilize resources to drive continuous business improvement and maintain exceptional customer service.
  • Optimize taxi truck allocation according to customer needs within compliance parameters.
  • Monitor driver job assignments to ensure timely delivery windows are met.
  • Provide expertise on General Carriers contract determination.
  • Ensure accurate scanning and recording of proof of deliveries for data analysis and KPI achievement.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders while upholding integrity.
  • Complete training on internal procedures, scanning, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with scanning and proof of delivery for all consignments.
  • Resolve customer service inquiries promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction.
