Earthmoving Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating plant and machinery to ensure timely completion and high standards of product quality and safety.
About the Role- Operate a range of plant and machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and graders.
- Maintain accurate records of labour hours, machine hours, materials, and information required for work dockets.
- Ensure security and basic daily servicing of allocated vehicles, maintaining a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on plant and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement effective procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate activities and achieve project goals.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in earthmoving equipment and plant operation.
- Valid HR Truck License.
- Construction White Card.
- Able to obtain and hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
