Tyre Technician Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tyre Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of continuous service on site by supporting the operations of the workshop, office, stock and personnel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and improving tyre management practices
- Ensuring contracted scope of work is performed and maintained to a high standard
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Preferably two years of experience as a Leading Hand in the earthmover industry
- A Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical Tyre Fitting Heavy or equivalent Tyre Fitting Competency; AUR21916/AUR21920
- A valid C Class driving licence; HR/LR advantageous
- Possess a high level of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure
- An understanding that safety is paramount, with a high attention to detail to abide by site safety procedures
