Job Summary

This leadership role requires an individual with exceptional skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of a hospitality venue.

The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage management, team leadership, and customer service.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and quality food and beverages.
  • Coordinate with the chef to arrange orders and monitor inventory levels.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing strategies.
  • Plan and execute catered functions and special events.
  • Provide guidance and support to the operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Diploma qualification or at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong desire to train, motivate, and lead a team.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S.
  • Current RSA and Food Safety Certificates.
