Assistant Manager

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to support our Publican in maintaining a high-quality service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals, developing strong relationships with regular customers, and providing excellent customer service every shift.

  • Support the Publican in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.

About you:

  • You have previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality setting.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
  • You hold current industry qualifications (RSA, RSG, RMLV) or are willing to obtain them.
