  • Leading and managing diverse teams to ensure smooth school operations and achievements
  • Offering valuable insights to stakeholders on operational projects, including financial implications and budgetary impacts
  • Participating in decision-making processes to enhance school efficiencies and develop systems aligned with legislative requirements and policies
  • Providing ongoing professional development and coaching to administration staff to improve systems and practices
  • Promoting various initiatives to boost engagement and highlight student pathways
  • Offering high-level executive support to senior leaders, including calendar management, correspondence, and stakeholder engagement
  • Acting as a liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on school matters
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information at all times, adhering to school policies and professional standards
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality
