Our Mission

We support people to build capacity and reach meaningful outcomes through collaborative, therapeutic care. We deliver this through the provision of Allied Health, Youth Residential, Support Coordination, Lifestyle Support and Out of Home Care services across Southeast Queensland

The Role

This is a truly hands-on position that blends direct, on-the-floor engagement with administrative responsibilities. You'll find yourself working alongside our team and clients, while also managing the behind-the-scenes coordination and essential paperwork that keeps everything running smoothly.

A typical day might include:

  • Providing leadership, coaching, and supervision to LSWs
  • Supporting clients with complex needs and ensuring services align with their individual goals
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure holistic support
  • Monitoring compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies
  • Managing documentation, incident reporting, and staff performance

You'll also bring:

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong clinical or age care experience (desirable)
Requirements
  • Certificate IV (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, or related field
  • Experience in leadership or supervisory role
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (Paid status)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • QLD C Class Driver's Licence with registered and insured vehicle
