Ecommerce Excellence Manager\

We're seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Excellence Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving retention and loyalty initiatives across multiple channels.

  • Develop and implement cross-channel campaigns to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Optimization Manager to align content, promotions, and communications with business objectives.
  • Manage loyalty and subscription program initiatives to deepen customer engagement.
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the Ecommerce team to ensure campaign plans are aligned with data-driven insights and UX strategies.
\About You\
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an ecommerce, digital, or marketing coordination or management role.
  • Proven ability to manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional execution.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing retention best practices.
  • Experience with CRM/EDM tools, especially Klaviyo.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
