Drive Cross-Channel Success

We are seeking a highly skilled eCommerce Campaign Manager to drive our digital marketing strategy forward by coordinating cross-channel campaigns, driving retention and loyalty initiatives, and delivering a consistent customer-first experience across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute seamless, on-brand, omnichannel marketing initiatives to drive campaign performance and increase customer engagement.
  • Guide and coordinate the Content Team to deliver compelling creative assets across copy, design, email, social, and web.
  • Manage loyalty and subscription program initiatives to deepen customer connection and advocacy.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve conversion, retention, and customer engagement.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing retention best practice and proven experience with CRM/EDM tools, especially Klaviyo, is essential for this role.

Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication are required.

A collaborative, proactive, and customer-first mindset is crucial for success in this position.
