As a key member of our digital team, we are seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to join us in Adelaide.

This exciting role offers flexibility (most days from home) and the chance to work alongside a smart, pragmatic team that values outcomes over micromanagement.

The successful candidate will report directly to both the Digital Manager and General Manager, with ongoing guidance and mentorship provided primarily by the Digital Manager.

  • Maintain accurate product listings across Shopify & Lightspeed platforms
  • Manage seasonal bulk uploads from brand partners
  • Troubleshoot e-com issues, support stores with orders, refunds, and queries
  • Ensure clearance sections are up to date and respond to customer enquiries
  • Recommend and implement improvements to current processes
