Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

A leading fashion brand is seeking a creative and data-savvy Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to drive online growth and take their brand to the next level. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering marketing strategies that boost visibility, engagement, and sales.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the team, creating scroll-stopping content and driving online growth.
  • Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies that increase online presence and sales.
  • Manage campaigns, track results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Run Meta and Google Ads with precision, turning clicks into conversions.
  • Oversee social media presence, bringing the brand personality to life across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Craft irresistible email campaigns and automated flows to keep customers engaged.
  • Keep the e-commerce store looking amazing and running smoothly, with a seamless shopping experience.
  • Bring creative flair to photoshoots, launches, and campaigns that excite customers.
Requirements:
  • Australian working rights
  • 3+ years' experience in Digital Marketing for an eCommerce brand
  • A passion for creativity and analytics (and how they work together)
  • Hands-on experience with Wordpress, Mailchimp, Meta, Google Analytics, and eCommerce best practice
  • Proven success running campaigns that drive growth
  • A knack for Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
  • A positive attitude and collaborative spirit
