Base pay range

A$70,000.00/yr - A$90,000.00/yr

We're recruiting exclusively for an established retail business known for its premium products and loyal customer base in the fitness industry. They're now looking for a Data & E-Commerce Coordinator to join their digital team.

This hybrid Adelaide-based role offers flexibility (most days from home) and the chance to work alongside a smart, pragmatic team that values outcomes over micromanagement.

The role reports directly to both the Digital Manager and General Manager, with ongoing guidance and mentorship provided primarily by the Digital Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate product listings across Shopify & Lightspeed
• Manage seasonal bulk uploads from brand partners (Asics, Nike, etc.)
• Troubleshoot e-com issues, support stores with orders, refunds, and queries
• Ensure clearance sections are up to date and email enquiries are responded to
• Recommend and implement improvements to current processes

• You've worked with Shopify, Lightspeed, or similar e-commerce tools
• You're analytical, reliable, and thrive in well-structured systems
• You love getting the detail right and solving operational challenges
• You're proactive and happy to support different stores and teams when needed
