Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in municipal local law, Domestic Animals Act, evidence collection, and court procedures.
  • Ability to analyze team performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Superior customer service skills and experience delivering service excellence.
  • Knowledge of engagement approaches to achieve open communication with the community.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, planning, and organization of own work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
