This is an entry level position that will expose you to the animation pipeline and aspects of the overall studio production pipeline. The Animation TA will support a given animation team to help facilitate how animation integrates with the other departments. It also deals with the visual quality control of shots.

This position will be excellent with individuals who have a passion for film, want to get their foot in the door but doesn't have prior experience This position takes direction from the Animation Supervisor and Animation TD.

**What You Will Be Doing**

Quality control animation publishes, managing and quality control the renders that come out of animation, ensuring that publishes and downstream handoffs are up to standard with current animation best practices.
Work with animation artists, leads, supervisors, and downstream leads to debug issues relating to publishes and escalating as required.
Collaborate with departments both up and downstream, to facilitate the smooth flow of assets through the pipeline.
Ensure animators are adhering to current publish and handoff workflows.

**No Previous VFX Experience Required.**

**Preferred Qualifications**

Degree in Film studies, Computer science, engineering or equivalent technical degree.
Knowledge of VFX industry and animation pipeline.
Experience working in a support/helpdesk role.
