**Lead Animator Role**

We are seeking a skilled Lead Animator to lead our team of animators on high-profile projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in mentoring and leading teams, with a strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of animators on complex projects
  • Manage team assignments and ensure clear communication with production and supervisors
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of animation tasks and potential technical and creative challenges

**Essential Skills:**

  • Proven experience in mentoring or leading a team
  • In-depth knowledge of Maya and other animation software
  • Strong understanding of physical motion, weight, balance, texture, and form
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Traditional animation and/or art background
