Operational Support Specialist

Our organisation is looking to fill the role of Operational Support Specialist in our Adelaide office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various teams and contributing to a safe, healthy, secure and flexible work environment.
This includes:
- Facilities management including workplace health and safety, emergency management and office security;
- Administration and support services including on-boarding, induction and separation of staff;
- Serving as a contact point for staff and visitors/contractors;
To be suitable you should have most of the following skills, qualities and experience:
- Experience in facilities management, administration and customer service;
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders and contribute to a team-based approach;
- Desirable - any of MS Excel, environmental management or communications experience.
