
Business Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Support Specialist to provide vital administrative support to our team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare staff rosters and manage leave applications.
- Process timesheets, verify leave forms, and administer HR21 applications.
- Schedule performance reviews and arrange training as required.
- Coordinate IT access and other onboarding needs.
- Administer radiation licence renewals and credentialling.
- Maintain accurate records, collate data, and prepare reports.
- Arrange meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Manage travel bookings, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Monitor and process staff allowances and related requests.
- Support continuous improvement by reviewing systems and conducting local audits.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent administrative skills and experience in managing competing priorities in a busy environment. The successful candidate will be able to anticipate and respond to the needs of a travelling manager while communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
