About the Role

This position involves building a portfolio of clients, including existing, historical, and target organisations. You will gain deep knowledge of your portfolio by mapping organisational structures, technical requirements, and current and future projects for each client.

As a key account manager, you will be responsible for meeting new and existing clients face-to-face and attending networking events. Using cutting-edge internal systems, you will analyse client and sales data to identify opportunities with existing key accounts and potential new business prospects.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive in developing relationships, demonstrate a track record of quick wins through tactical sales, and larger account wins through strategic approaches. You should also be adept at presenting to clients, a strong negotiator, and able to effectively consult with and manage client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will work collaboratively across various divisions, build strong relationships, and contribute to stakeholder management at all levels.
