We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive growth across our portfolio with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and high service standards.

About the Role
  • Drive revenue growth by profitably expanding our business and meeting sales and growth targets through effective partnerships with our network of Authorised Representatives.
  • Collaborate closely with our Underwriting team to grow our Commercial Underwriting, Specialty, and People Risk portfolios.
Your Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic account management plans and build strong relationships with our stakeholders.
  • Analyse current trends and identify opportunities for growth within our portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with Authorised Representatives in your assigned portfolio.
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively promote and support our products & services to intermediaries.
  • Review existing portfolios and recommend strategies for increased growth.
About You
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager/Account Manager is essential.
  • You possess outstanding Customer Service and Relationship Building skills.
  • You have Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • You can lead by influence with Brokers and Underwriters.
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are able to work effectively in a team environment by supporting and developing team members.
