Senior Portfolio Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Portfolio Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client’s team, you will play a vital role in driving growth and portfolios on a full relationship/trade marketing offering.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the portfolio of clients to meet their briefs, achieve objectives and business targets as identified across a range of marketing services including incentives, rewards/loyalty and promotional branded merchandise.
- Deliver on promotions, incentives, rewards and solutions that drive results.
- Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Direct budget responsibility and drive growth initiatives.
- Drive creative and innovative ideas with organic and new clients.
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts and new business targets based on annual budgets.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Multiple years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
- Experience with incentives, B2B, loyalty and membership programs.
- Experience in below-the-line marketing strategies.
- A problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to succeed.
