National Portfolio Development Manager

This role offers a unique chance to lead the strategic management and growth of our national property portfolio. Based at our state-of-the-art offices, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for developing and executing the Group's property strategy.
About You- Proven leasing and property portfolio management experience in large format retail, property development, and real estate.
- Strong understanding of Australian property law and experience reviewing lease documentation.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable items for the property team.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive property strategy plan nationwide.
- Identify, research, and recommend sites that align with the company's objectives.
- Engage with owners/agents to negotiate agreements and deals in line with the company's strategy.
- Undertake due diligence and governance on lease agreements, including any due diligence work for property acquisitions.
