About the Role

The Customer and Events Assistant is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting event operations at our Olympic Venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service to event attendees, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support event setup and teardown, including setting up and packing down equipment, and performing general labour tasks.
  • Undertake administrative tasks, such as processing customer registrations, taking payments, and selling merchandise.
  • Work collaboratively with event staff to ensure a smooth and successful event experience.
Requirements
  • A National Criminal Records Check (NCRC) clearance
  • Availability to work a 7-day week rostered basis, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
