Legislative Project Delivery Specialist

This role will see you working closely with a passionate and high-performing team in the Department of Education, supporting life-long learning in Victoria.

  • Contribute to the development, management, and implementation of significant legislative projects, including primary legislation and subordinate instruments. Provide novel and complex legal advice on government law issues.
  • Collaborate with the project director and principal lawyers to respond to urgent emerging issues, driving successful delivery of legislative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, manage, and implement significant legislative projects including primary legislation and subordinate instruments.

  3. Work collaboratively with the project director and principal lawyers to address emerging issues and drive project success.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with other departments, seeking innovative strategies to support successful project delivery.
