Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the planning, design, and delivery of minor capital projects across metropolitan Melbourne. As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, design, and execution of minor capital projects, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and successful execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to engineering, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and manage project risks, and proactively resolve any issues that arise during execution.


About You:
We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver, capable of effectively managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will have a solid background in engineering, with experience in supporting the delivery of minor capital projects, preferably within the water, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A degree in Engineering (Electrical)
  • Experience in assisting with the delivery of minor capital projects, including planning, design, and execution
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Proficiency with engineering and project management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams and external stakeholders effectively
