We are seeking a skilled and organised specialist to support the delivery of major property and infrastructure projects, including new depots and electrification programs.

About the Role

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will assist with the coordination and delivery of major infrastructure projects across multiple sites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating project documentation, stakeholder communication and scheduling support
  • Managing project reporting, planning meetings and implementation activities
  • Liaising with contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams to drive progress
  • Supporting compliance with operational, safety, and design standards

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project coordination or administration
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work under pressure
  • Industry experience in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture or a related field
  • A current driver's licence
