Project Delivery Specialist

The Project Delivery Specialist plays a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating projects from sales handover through to the delivery of products on-site. This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder communication, and efficient delivery of each project milestone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery process of each project from sales handover through to installation-ready delivery, ensuring all requirements are clearly documented and executed
  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams (design, manufacturing, logistics) and external stakeholders (builders, subcontractors, clients)
  • Schedule and oversee project timelines, proactively identifying risks and removing obstacles to meet delivery commitments
  • Organise and follow up on site measurements, shop drawings, and any required client approvals
  • Ensure all production documentation, procurement orders, and delivery schedules are accurately prepared and maintained
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding delivery progress and resolve any issues that arise during the delivery phase
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, focusing on service excellence and maintaining Atkar's reputation for reliability
  • Conduct regular internal coordination meetings to keep all stakeholders aligned on project status

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Delivery, Project Coordination, or similar role within construction, manufacturing, or a related technical environment
  • Proven experience coordinating project milestones across multiple stakeholders and disciplines
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an engineering mindset to interpret plans and technical documents
  • Confidence in handling challenging conversations and resolving delivery issues professionally
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to balance client expectations with operational capabilities

Other Information:

This is predominantly an office-based role in Hallam with occasional site visits to confirm details and maintain client relationships.
