About You
- You bring significant experience in claims administration and case management, handling Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Permanent Incapacity claims.
- Your proactive approach ensures strong relationships are built and maintained with stakeholders, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
- Exceptional communication skills articulate complex information clearly and concisely, fostering understanding and trust with claimants.
- Committed to personal and professional development, you actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
