About the Role:
As an Area Sales Executive at Western Union, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by signing new Western Union agents. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets through new agent acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new agents and grow the business.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, and signing contracts with new agents.
- Collect required documents and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new agents.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in consumer products or financial services.
- Knowledge of the Australia market and ability to build trust and confidence with clients.
- Effective communication, negotiation, presentation, and listening skills.
- Ability to work individually or collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; other foreign language skills are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle to use.
