About the Role:

As an Area Sales Executive at Western Union, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by signing new Western Union agents. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets through new agent acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new agents and grow the business.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, and signing contracts with new agents.
  • Collect required documents and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new agents.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in consumer products or financial services.
  • Knowledge of the Australia market and ability to build trust and confidence with clients.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work individually or collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; other foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle to use.
