Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Content Strategist to lead our lifestyle content team. As the head of content, you will oversee the creation and evolution of lifestyle content for Coles, driving strategic growth and audience engagement.

You will be responsible for leading quarterly production of the Coles Health & Beauty magazine, from ideation and design to shoot production and publishing. Additionally, you will oversee digital lifestyle content, ensuring alignment with customer needs, search behaviours, and business objectives.

A strong leader, you will drive creative content ideation across beauty, health, wellness, and commercialised insert opportunities. You will collaborate with SEO and strategy teams to optimise content for visibility and performance.

You will work closely with internal and client stakeholders to grow the lifestyle category and define a clear commercial strategy. Furthermore, you will manage and mentor a small lifestyle team, building collaborative workflows and scalable processes.
