Responsibilities

  1. Lead quarterly production of the Coles Health & Beauty magazine, from ideation to publishing.
  2. Oversee digital lifestyle content aligned with customer needs and strategic goals.
  3. Drive creative content ideation across beauty, health, wellness, and commercial opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with SEO and strategy teams to optimize content performance.
  5. Work with stakeholders to grow the lifestyle category and define commercial strategies.
  6. Manage and mentor a small lifestyle team, developing workflows and processes.

Who are you?

  1. Senior content strategist with experience in lifestyle, beauty, health, or wellness publishing.
  2. Experience working directly with clients and aligning creative output with commercial goals.
  3. Skilled in leading print and digital content creation.
  4. Experience managing creative teams collaboratively.
  5. Comfortable using data, insights, and SEO for strategy.
  6. Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, passionate about content quality.
