Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Content Director to lead the creation and evolution of lifestyle content. This strategic role will focus on overseeing a magazine and expanding digital lifestyle content offerings.

The successful candidate will play a key role in transitioning the category from a health and beauty focus to a broader lifestyle remit, shaping both the strategy and publishing model for growth.

You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure all content is audience-led, insights-driven, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quarterly production of a magazine, from ideation and design to shoot production and publishing.
  • Oversee digital lifestyle content, ensuring alignment with customer needs, search behaviours, and strategic goals.
  • Drive creative content ideation across beauty, health, wellness, and commercialised insert opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SEO and strategy teams to optimise content for visibility and performance.
  • Work with internal and client stakeholders to grow the lifestyle category and define a clear commercial strategy.
  • Manage and mentor a small lifestyle team, building collaborative workflows and scalable processes.

Requirements:

  • A senior content strategist with experience in lifestyle, beauty, health, or wellness publishing.
  • Confident working directly with clients and aligning creative output with commercial goals.
  • Skilled in leading content ideation and production across print and digital channels.
  • Experienced in managing and motivating creative teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable working with data, insights, and SEO to inform content strategy and delivery.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional content experiences.
