Customer Solutions Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Analyst to join our team at DP World Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing transport offerings for future customers and supporting our current customers in developing efficiencies in their transport requirements.
This role will also provide the business with an overview of the commercial performance of all current DP World customers. You will work closely with our key account managers to ensure a smooth transition from proposal to day one of operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end transport modeling to support customer requirements.
- Responsible for customer quotations and tender submissions.
- Key contact for internal and external requests for DP World transport opportunities.
- Review commercial performance of all customers and provide analysis on performance to contract.
- Develop and lead continuous improvement strategies to drive improvement in customer supply chains.
- Develop customer presentations to support growth, acquisition, or retention opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Commercial and/or financial qualifications desired.
- Demonstrated experience in report preparation and written correspondence.
- Ability to interpret operational information.
- Professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
