About the Role

DP World Australia is seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing transport solutions for our customers and supporting their growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end transport models to support customer requirements
  • Prepare customer quotations and tender submissions
  • Provide commercial performance analysis and insights to customers
  • Work with key account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and transition
  • Develop and lead continuous improvement strategies to drive supply chain efficiency

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Commercial and/or financial qualifications desired
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
