
Continuous Improvement Specialist

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to support our aged care residence in continuous improvement. This role will assist with ensuring compliance and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Development and Implementation: Assist in the creation and implementation of quality policies and procedures that meet industry standards.
- Quality Performance Metrics: Maintain accurate records and reporting on quality performance metrics to ensure seamless tracking and analysis.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to clinical staff on quality assurance and auditing processes to ensure understanding and adoption.
- Gap and Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough gap and risk analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- AHPRA Registration: AHPRA registration (RN) is highly desirable.
- Experience: At least 3 years aged care experience, preferably in a quality role.
- Quality Understanding: Demonstrated quality, compliance & clinical governance understanding is essential for this role.
- Industry Knowledge: Sound knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process is required.
