
Workforce Improvement Lead

This is a key leadership role driving workforce improvement initiatives across the district. The successful candidate will lead quality projects, optimize Junior Medical Officer (JMO) rosters and enhance service delivery using data analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage data to drive quality projects and optimise JMO rosters.
- Manage a small team focused on rostering and payroll inquiries.
- Support departments in developing performance indicators.
- Oversee compliance with locum management systems.
- Engage stakeholders, develop resources and maintain a culture of accountability and service excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, leadership experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements- Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in information and performance management, technology and data analytics.
- Experience in developing reporting systems and deploying software tools to engage clinicians.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a high workload, adapt to changing demands and deliver to deadlines.
