Omnichannel Marketing Strategist

We seek an experienced marketing professional to join our team on a contract basis. The role will focus on developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that reach customers across digital, social, email, physical, and other communication channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to provide training and coaching to develop skills in omni-channel campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies that align with business goals while driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze customer behavior and data to identify key touchpoints and gaps in the customer journey, working with teams to design personalized experiences across all platforms.
- Utilize analytics and performance data to monitor campaign success, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement best practices for conversion optimization.
- Provide insights into competitive strategies, recommending innovative marketing solutions.

Requirements
To be successful you will have;
- Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or Business (advantageous) combined with at least five years' experience in developing omnichannel marketing strategies within a large, complex business.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including paid media, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and catalogues.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and data analytics.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing technologies.
