Experience a remote opportunity to lead pharmacy management and clinical services in a Northern Territory hospital.
Job OverviewThis senior-level position requires a skilled pharmacist to oversee key areas, including dispensary management, clinical services, team supervision, education, quality assurance, and strategic input.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in managing inventory, supply chain processes, and ensuring PBS compliance using Merlin Dispensing Software and MOSAIQ.
- Deliver medication advice and reviews across wards (e.g. renal, oncology, paediatrics, emergency).
- Mentor, manage, and supervise clinical pharmacists and technicians.
- Provide training and education to pharmacy staff and medical professionals.
- Drive audits, reporting, medication safety initiatives, and service improvements.
- Represent the pharmacy in meetings, forums, and hospital-wide initiatives.
The successful candidate will have expertise in oncology, haematology, paediatrics, renal, vaccines, and outpatient specialist clinics.
