Skills and experience
  • Pharmacy Degree with current AHPRA registration
  • Knowledge of renal and indigenous health highly regarded
  • Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication skills to engage with patients and healthcare teams
  • Experience in medication reviews and advising on complex drug regimes
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with Merlin Dispensing Software or similar systems
  • Flexibility and adaptability in managing shifting priorities across clinical services
