Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking and expertise in shaping policy, social impact strategy, service design, and program delivery within complex environments. The successful candidate will lead the organisation's strategic agenda by guiding research, evaluation, and advocacy at scale.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to ensure measurable outcomes for children and families who experience disadvantage
  • Lead policy development, social impact strategy, service design, and program delivery within complex environments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across government, not-for-profit, and philanthropic sectors to achieve organisational goals
Key Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of Australia's social, educational, political, and economic landscape
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, policy acumen, and ability to translate evidence into meaningful impact
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as law, social sciences, public policy, political science, economics, business administration, or a related field
About This Role

You are an influential communicator and collaborator, adept at building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is highly regarded.
