The Opportunity

Our organization seeks experienced consultants specializing in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll for our long-term program of work. Consultants will deliver SuccessFactors innovation and insights to clients, adapting methods and practices to fit client project needs while working closely with PAS and transformation project teams.

Organizations face pressure to adapt quickly to globalization, demographics, technology, innovation, and regulation. Our teams collaborate on complex issues like organization transformation, end-to-end employee lifecycles, effective talent deployment, and mobility.

As a specialist, you will:

  • Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs;
  • Build client networks and relationships;
  • Use your knowledge and experience to shape our services to meet client problems;
  • Work on challenging projects across diverse issues and industries;
  • Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, reports, presentations, and other project outputs;
Key Requirements
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, or Information Systems, Organisational Psychology;
  • Considerable experience in designing and implementing HR technology solutions across Payroll, Workforce Management, Talent, or Employee Experience;
  • Experience in architecting solutions or project management within a large organization;
  • Exposure to HR business, HR technology, Talent, or Remuneration advisory related roles in a consulting capacity;
  • Understanding of HR-related business challenges and how to improve people and business outcomes;
  • Consulting experience, including engaging clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitating client discussions and workshops;
