Payroll Accounting Expert

This role ensures the accurate processing and compliance of payroll transactions, driving efficiency across global payroll processes. As a key member of our team, you will oversee end-to-end payroll transactions, guaranteeing adherence to statutory, accounting, and financial standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering complex payroll-related Balance Sheet Reconciliations across multiple data sources
  • Providing expert accounting support for payroll systems and interfaces
  • Serving as the primary liaison between finance and payroll teams globally
  • Leading month-end close activities, ensuring accurate reporting of employee costs and statutory payments
  • Driving continuous improvement and automation in payroll accounting processes
  • Supporting budgeting, variance analysis, and compliance with tax, superannuation, and leave provisions
