Business Opportunity

This is a unique chance to manage the daily operations of a boutique financial services firm. The company caters to high net worth and wholesale clients, providing personalized advice and service.

The Role

As the operations manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the business, ensuring smooth delivery of client services. This includes managing a team of Client Services, Administration, and Paraplanning personnel.

Key responsibilities include driving Work-In-Progress (WIP) performance, undertaking process re-engineering projects, and providing management reports and updates on business risks and opportunities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 3 years' experience in a busy financial planning practice, preferably in a Senior Administration or Operations/Practice Manager role. A strong compliance orientation and experience with Xplan are essential.

Previous experience in back-office roles such as Client Services, Adviser support, and Xplan administration is highly beneficial. Additionally, paraplanning skills are desirable.
