Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Maintenance Operations Leader to spearhead the maintenance operations at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Maintenance team to achieve site safety, quality, production, and cost objectives.
  • Oversee all preventative and reactive maintenance practices across the facility.
  • Manage labour and R&M spend to meet financial targets.
  • Drive HSE compliance and champion a safety-first culture.
  • Ensure plant reliability through effective maintenance systems and continuous improvement.
  • Lead staff recruitment, development, and succession planning.

To succeed in this role, you will require proven leadership in maintenance management within manufacturing, strong HSE knowledge, and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and industrial relations matters. You will also need excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
