Job Description:

Maintenance professionals are in high demand, and this role offers the opportunity to take on a leadership position within a dynamic team.

As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team's activities and ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment.

  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals and external contractors in the execution of daily tasks.
  • Direct team members and contractors during site upgrades and ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of site machinery and equipment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve labor productivity.
  • Provide training to new staff members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Prepare and submit management reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing maintenance teams, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with MEX Maintenance software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work outside normal working hours and manage issues effectively.
  • Hold a valid Forklift License (Perform High Risk Work License) and Confine Space Entry Permit/ticket.
  • Strong understanding of plant/equipment safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Advanced computer literacy with Microsoft applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent time management, motivation, and communication skills.
