RDO Equipment Australia is seeking a skilled Equipment Rental and Sales Coordinator to join our team in Toowoomba. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a leading equipment rental and sales company.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Used Equipment & Rental Team by researching market-based valuations, administering advertising of used equipment, and facilitating the distribution of customer leads. As an Equipment Rental and Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating reports to support management and the Used Equipment Team, as well as administering the Company's Rental Fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Used Equipment & Rental Team with market-based valuation research and trade evaluation process support.
  • Administer advertising of used equipment across digital and other customer-facing marketing formats.
  • Facilitate the distribution of customer leads through our internal system from phone and digital platforms.
  • Generate reports from CRM and Operating System to support Manager and UET.
  • Administer the Company's Rental Fleet.
Requirements
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and written/oral communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel.
  • PREFERRED: knowledge of agricultural, construction, forestry, environmental equipment, or dealership business operations.
