Sales Machinery Specialist

RDO Equipment Australia is a leading provider of agricultural machinery solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Toowoomba, responsible for developing long-term partnerships with customers and providing tailored solutions for their operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling small and large agriculture equipment, actively pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining the current customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pursuing new sales leads and opportunities
- Maintaining focus on profit margins
- Developing knowledge of financing options to support customers
- Attending relevant sales training events
- Staying informed about competitor activity in the region
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the machinery industry
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, CRM, and sales software systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Professional presentation
This role would suit a motivated individual with a genuine interest in agricultural machinery and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
RDO Equipment Australia offers a competitive salary package, including:
