Financial Controller for Property Development

This opportunity has been made available at a locally owned and fast growing property development company that specializes in renewals.
With an immediate start, this is a 2-3 month contract with a view of extension. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- P&L, WIP & balance sheet reporting and control
- Reconciliations
- Sales processing
- Cost calculations
- Data entry
- Administration of legal contracts
To succeed in this role, you will have strong accounting foundations, intermediate Excel skills, and experience within a construction/development/project/settlements organization.
You can expect to earn between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, based on the salary range provided of $40ph - $50ph + Super.
